“The cure for anything is salt water: sweat, tears or the sea.”

Stephanie Kelly is passionate about health, wellbeing and mindful movement and meditation. “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”.
Balance is the key in her everyday life – she achieves this with consistent effort through nourishing her body with fresh, seasonal food, daily movement with either yoga, running, ocean swimming or a gym workout. The foundation of her health is cultivating a peaceful state of mind – through breath work, meditation, quietly sitting by the ocean or wandering through nature with her camera to reflect and be creative.
Her experience is extensive: 9 years as a qualified yoga therapist/instructor and 10 years as a reflexologist. She has many years of theoretical and practical knowledge of anatomy and physiology and maintains strong connections with a range of professionals in the natural health and lifestyle industries.
Stephanie has an ongoing enthusiasm, curiosity and passion in health and wellbeing, which leads her annually to undertake courses, training and retreats to keep her knowledge up-to-date and experiential. She feels it is vital to engage with contemporary research, thoughts, opinions and advice from health and wellbeing experts in Australia and overseas.
She says her vitality for life is achieved by consistently working with these principles to keep her balanced in body, mind and soul. Her daily dose of Vitamin SEA is a must, she creates fun in the everyday moments and tries not to take herself too seriously. She advocates practising what she preaches.
The strong foundations of her health and wellbeing are her passion and commitment to yoga, reflexology and a creative approach to everyday living.
